Not sure how long I'll be gone, or at least on in an irregular pattern, but my computer won't turn on. Everything else is fine; the speakers work, the printer works, the tablet, the modem lights up, I've tested the power bars, alligaters, and sockets...but the computer itself simply wont' turn on, making me think the power box inside it fritzed. Y'know, that inner fuse thingummy. PSU. That can be replaced, so hopefully, that's all that is wrong with it. I'd hate to loose all my files and stuff...*whine*

So, I'll try to highjack the lab here as often as I can, or at least somebody's else's personal computer. I've been thinking about getting a laptop for a while, so maybe this is some demented, evil sign to tell me to get on that...but I doubt it.

So yeah. Just...heads up, eh. I'll try and make a reply to those who I owe one to (that's a whopping one person), but it's rather awkward doing so with people looking over your shoulder every now and again. Really. I see you from the corner of my eyes. Yes, look away hastily...

If it cannot be repaired, I suggest a Viking funeral. Build a small wooden boat, send it adrift in the nearest body of water, light it aflame from a distance with either a flaming arrow or the focused light of the sun or a delay mechanism.

I hope it doesn't come to that though.

...though that would be cool...

Yeah...that would be awesome.
Maybe the computer could just...spontaneously combust. Like, you wouldn't even have to shoot a burning arrow at it. Or even have a funeral pyre on land. It would just burst into flames by itself.

Well...snap. I hope it works out in the end.

Though a pyre would be interesting...

So, my computer will be (hopefully) up and running within the next few days. Just in time for everyone to start university and college and leave me all alone with no one to play with.

Whooo! I'm back!

And...and my computer is a total wreck. Not all of my files made it; those that did need to be re-organized, and I have a lot of crap to re-install and such.
